These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of FieldTrack, a platform for managing field employees, attendance, tasks, and notifications. By using FieldTrack, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing FieldTrack, you confirm that you are authorized by your organization to use the platform and that you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information during registration and usage
• Do not falsify attendance or misuse location tracking
• Use the platform only for lawful business purposes
• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
• Inform employees about attendance and location tracking policies

3. Notifications & Data Usage

• We may send task updates, reminders, and notifications
• Users can enable/disable notifications, but logs are always recorded for audit purposes
• Attendance, tasks, and notifications are stored securely in our database

4. Data Ownership

All attendance, task, and employee data belongs to the respective organization (admin). FieldTrack only stores and processes this data as a service provider.

5. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms. Users may also request account deletion at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

FieldTrack is not responsible for any losses caused by misuse of the platform, inaccurate data entry by users, or technical interruptions beyond our control.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of FieldTrack will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
