Personal details: name, email, phone number, profile photo, and role (admin or employee)
Employment details: company association, office location, and admin ID
Attendance data: check-in and check-out times, daily and monthly summaries
Task data: task assignments, progress, and status updates
Location data: collected during check-ins or while using location tracking features (never continuously outside work-related activities)
Device and usage information to improve app performance
Push notification tokens (FCM) and preferences

2. How We Use Your Information

To manage attendance and assign tasks efficiently
To send important notifications and reminders (if enabled)
To provide real-time location-based check-in functionality
To improve our services, analytics, and performance monitoring
To comply with legal, security, and audit requirements

3. Data Retention

Attendance, task, and notification data are stored securely on Supabase servers. We retain data as long as your account is active or as required by law. You may request account deletion to remove personal data.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services like Supabase for cloud data storage, and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for push notifications. These services may process limited data under their own privacy policies.

5. Cookies & Analytics

FieldTrack may use cookies or similar technologies in the future for analytics and to improve user experience. Users can disable cookies in their browser settings.

6. Children’s Privacy

FieldTrack is intended for professional use only and is not directed towards children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
